Just a couple of things to clear up any questions.
1) Regarding book reviews: The opinions expressed are my own. I receive complimentary copies of books from various publishers for the purpose of review, but I am not required to give a positive review. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255 <http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_03/16cfr255_03.html> : “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”
2) Regarding giveaways: When I am responsible for shipping a product to the winner of a giveaway, I will ship through the US Postal Service with Media Mail. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or late mail. I cannot resend a package, as I will not have another copy to send. I only have what was given to me by the publishing companies, either to giveaway or review.
